This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from MarstoUK (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) 30‑day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email info@marstouk.co.uk with:

your order number

the item(s) you want to return

the reason for return (optional)

photos (required if the item is damaged/incorrect)
2) Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused and in the same condition you received them

in original packaging (where possible)

with any tags/accessories included
We may refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or are not in a resellable condition (unless the item arrived faulty).
3) Non‑returnable items
Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:

gift cards

items marked final sale / non‑returnable at purchase

personalised/custom-made items
4) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

the item

the packaging
-
the delivery label
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
5) Exchanges
If you want an exchange, contact us at info@marstouk.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll refund once the return is received and inspected.
6) Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

If the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect, we will cover return postage (or provide an alternative solution).
We recommend using a tracked service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
7) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved:

refunds are issued to the original payment method

processing time is typically within 5–10 business days (bank/payment provider times may vary)
Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
8) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process above.
